Unit: Case Management
Schedule: Full-Time Days | Monday–Friday | Occasional weekends as needed
Compensation: $31.25–$46.88/hour (Salary-Based Position)

- Assess patient needs and develop individualized discharge plans

Qualifications EducationRequired
Associates or better in Nursing.
PreferredBachelors or better in Nursing.
