Schedule Full-Time Day Shift6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Flexible scheduling based on facility needs
Weekend Differential: +$2.00 per hour
Compensation
Registered Nurse (RN):
Starting at $32.00 per hour Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Starting at $28.00 per hour Final rate based on experience and determined n-On Bonus $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Nurses Paid out over one year

Position Responsibilities Provide quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders, resident care plans, and state and federal regulations.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Current CPR certification.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.
Must successfully pass all required background checks.
