Flexible scheduling available. Our offices are generally open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday mornings from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.Compensation:

Help Build the Future of One of Southern Illinois' Premier Behavioral Health Programs Due to continued growth and the expansion of our Carterville Behavioral Health Center, Integrated Health of Southern Illinois is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Associate (PA) to join our growing Behavioral Health team.

Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat psychiatric conditions across the lifespan
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
Develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate closely with therapists and healthcare providers to deliver coordinated, whole-person care Build and manage a thriving patient panel with the support of an experienced clinical and administrative team Maintain timely, accurate documentation within the electronic medical record
Utilize telemedicine when appropriate
Contribute to a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Associate / Physician Assistant (PA)
Current Illinois licensure
One year of psychiatric practice experience preferred
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skillsA genuine passion for patient care and teamwork
