Compensation & Incentives Pay Range: $18.00 – $24.50/hour (based on experience)
Night Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hour Opportunities for additional shifts and extra hours
Schedules Available Full-Time Day

Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, hands-on resident care and ADL assistance
Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and daily comfort needs
Observe, report, and document changes in resident condition
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Work collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery
Qualifications
Active Illinois CNA certification
Strong attendance and dependable work ethic
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and physical exam Compassionate approach to senior care Willingness to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
