The shift is scheduled for nights, with a commitment of 12 hours per shift, guaranteed 36 hours per week, and includes every other weekend and holiday rotations.

Description:
Medical Surgical Floor RN provides general medical care on a unit with extended stay rehab beds. No high acuity patients on drips. - Required Qualifications:
Illinois Registered Nurse license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, Associate Degree or Certificate, minimum 2 years of experience within the Medical Surgical specialty, EPIC charting experience, reliable, resilient, adaptable, social candidate. - On‑Call/Call Back Requirements:
None - Weekend/Holiday Requirements:
Every other weekend and holiday rotation - Shift Notes: 12‑hour night shifts; nights only; start date 07/27/2026.

The facility has a maximum census of 15‑18 beds with a nurse/patient ratio of 1:5‑6 and requires a hardworking, adaptable team player comfortable managing change and working in a fast‑paced environment.
