As our community continues to grow, we're looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated caregiving team. Compensation Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour Experience Pay:
Additional $0.10 per hour for each year of verified experience (up to $19.00 per hour)
Shift Differentials:

Night

Shift: +$2.00 per hour Weekend

Shift: +$2.00 per hour Available Shift Day

Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PMNight

Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning

Take and record vital signs as assigned

Maintain accurate documentation

Provide compassionate, respectful, and dignified care

Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to ensure the highest quality of care

Qualifications

Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic

New graduates and newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply
