- Safely transport residents to medical appointments and outings
- Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles while ensuring comfort and dignity
- Support nursing staff with resident care and daily needs as assigned
- Treat residents and their belongings with dignity and respect
- Maintain transportation schedules and ensure timely arrival for appointments
- Collaborate with nursing staff to support resident well-being and safety
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
- Current Illinois CNA certification preferred (we can help you obtain your certification!)
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Dependable, organized, and flexible team player
- Comfortable using Outlook and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Passion for providing compassionate care to seniors
