Responsibilities

One-on-one patient care
Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan and the client's individual plan of care
Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
Monitor patient conditions including fluid intake and output; maintain patient charts
Assist patients with daily activities as needed
Provide emotional support

Requirements

Active IL Nursing License
Current CPR Certification
Prior experience with G-tube, trach, and vent care preferred
