Location: Rushville
Wexford Health Sources in Rushville, IL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff with daily operations and direct patient care in a correctional facility. This full-time role runs 6am–2pm, five days per week, with every other weekend.
Under supervision, you will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, support mobility, document care in the EMR, and help maintain clean, safe patient areas.
