Hourly salary of $36.23+/hour. We offer a $4/hour differential on evenings and $3/hour differential on nights.
Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pinckneyville Correctional Center in Pinckneyville, Illinois.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Clear/Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois or ability to obtain one required
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Full-Time Day Shift. The schedule includes rotating weekends. Weeks 1 and 3, you will have Sun, Mon, Thu off. Weeks 2 and 4, you will have Tues, Wed, Sat off. The schedule consists of 4 shifts/week (2- 8 hour, 2 - 12 hour).
