Compensation: $36.75–$55.70/hour (approximately $441.00–$668.40 gross per 12-hour shift)

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.00 available for qualified candidates. Eligibility and payout terms apply; details discussed during interview.

• Lead daily nursing operations and supervise clinical staff.
• Ensure quality patient care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, and resource utilization.
• Coach, mentor, train, and evaluate nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Drive quality improvement and operational excellence.
• Serve as unit leader in the absence of the Director or Nurse Manager.
• Provide direct patient care as needed within RN scope of practice.

• Current and valid state Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support certificate (BLS) upon hire and maintain current.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
