Centurion Health is looking for a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team at the Centralia Correctional Center in Illinois. This position offers an hourly salary of $49.68+ and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and working under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities include the assessment and response to patient needs and the ability to obtain necessary certifications and security clearance. Evening and night shift differentials are also available.
