Day Shift LPN RN Staff Nurse
Role And Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a correctional setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Respond confidently to medical concerns and emergencies
- Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff to ensure quality care
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies to promote continuity of care
- Valid LPN or RN license
- Ability to deliver independent, compassionate care
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment
- Serve an underserved patient population
- Maintain a consistent schedule with rotating shifts and every other weekend
