Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support and oversee Nursing Services for residents in alignment with physician orders and resident needs. You will work with the Director of Nursing to provide 24-hour supervision and maintain quality standards in adherence to federal, state, and company guidelines.
Ideal candidates hold RN licensure, a nursing degree, and at least two years in a nurse supervisory role within a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
