• Registered Nurses (RN): $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN): $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Full-time positions only
• Paid out over one year at $416.67 per pay period (excluding months with a third payroll)

• Full-Time
• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$34.00 per hour
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$30.00 per hour

Receive an additional $0.10 per hour for each year of verified experience, up to 20 years.

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Excellent clinical assessment and nursing skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
