• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor and report patient conditions to healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
