Journey Care Hospice in Barrington, IL, is seeking an RN to join our rapidly growing hospice care team. This role involves 12-hour night shifts (7PM–7AM), alternating weekends, and 3 holidays per year.
You will provide direct patient care, assess needs, coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and document care plans. The ideal candidate holds an accredited RN degree, an active IL nursing license, and CPR certification.
