Location: Barrington
Journey Care Hospice in Barrington, IL seeks a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide skilled nursing care, assess and plan with the interdisciplinary team, and coordinate admissions and ongoing care.
You will visit patients, reassess needs, implement care plans, perform nursing procedures, and support families. Night shifts 7 PM-7:30 AM; competitive pay up to $46.63/hour with differential. Flexible hours and strong team culture.
