Hospice Registered Nurse, RN

• Provide end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Staunton, IL area
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Manage symptoms and pain
• Develop individualized end-of-life care plans
• Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey
• Think critically and solve problems in real time
• Maintain thorough, compliant EMR documentation
• Work independently while traveling to patient homes within the assigned territory

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience
• Clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to and from patient locations
• Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Demonstrates expertise in providing compassionate, patient-centered hospice care, including comprehensive patient assessments and individualized care plans. Maintains compliance with EMR documentation while effectively collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient comfort and quality of life.
