Available Positions & Scheduling Full-Time Day Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)6:00 AM – 6:00 PMFull-Time Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Compensation

Registered Nurse (RN): $38.00–$40.00/hour Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $32.00–$34.00/hour Additional Pay & Incentives Additional $0.10/hour for each year of nursing experience (up to 20 years)+$3.00/hour Night Shift DifferentialRN Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Full-Time Only – Paid Out Over One Year)
LPN Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Full-Time Only – Paid Out Over One Year)

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately

Complete accurate and timely documentation

Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications

Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing

Strong clinical and assessment skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Long-term care experience preferred but not required
