LPN, LPN​/LVN, Nursing Home

Bickford Senior Living is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our assisted living and memory care community. In this hands-on role, you will administer medications, monitor health status, support activities of daily living, and document in EHR systems. You'll collaborate closely with a dedicated care team, build meaningful relationships with residents and families, and help maintain a safe, warm, home-like environment that prioritizes dignity, respect, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assisted living and memory care residents
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition
• Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence
• Follow care plans and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and families
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and medication records
• Ensure infection control, safety, and fall prevention practices
• Build warm, trusting relationships with residents and families
• Participate in care conferences, training, and quality improvement
• Support a home-like, respectful, and dignified resident-first environment
