LPN, LPN​/LVN, Nursing Home

Bickford Senior Living is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our assisted living and memory care community. In this role, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident health, document in EMRs, and communicate changes to the care team and families. You'll support personalized care plans, assist with ADLs, and promote dignity, safety, and independence in a warm, home-like setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assisted living and memory care residents
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents' condition
• Support care plans and collaborate with care team and families
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and follow regulations
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and safety
• Assist with ADLs as needed and support a home-like environment
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
