Positions Available Full-Time Night Shift (RN/LPN)6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Compensation

Registered Nurse (RN)$32.00–$34.00/hour+$0.10/hour for each verified year of experience (up to 20 years)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)$28.00–$30.00/hour+$0.10/hour for each verified year of experience (up to 20 years)
Additional Pay & Incentives+$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential+$2.00/hour Weekend Differential $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time Nurses

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Assess residents and promptly communicate changes in condition

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team Maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

Current CPR certification preferred

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused

Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
