Positions Available1 Full-Time Day Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)

Schedule:

6:00 AM – 6:00 PM1 Full-Time Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)

Schedule:

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Compensation

Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$34.00/hour Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$30.00/hour Additional Pay & Incentives+$0.10/hour for each year of nursing experience (up to 20 years)+$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential+$2.00/hour Weekend Differential $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time Only – Paid Out Over One Year)

Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team Maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

Qualifications

Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

Strong clinical and assessment skills

Leadership mindset with a team-first attitude

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Long-term care experience preferred but not required
