Number of Beds – 3 cath labs
Number of Staff – 10-11 staff per day in cath lab
Type of staff
- Day Shift – Mix of RNs and cardiovascular technologists
- Night Shift – 0
Patient Ratios – 3 staff per room
Type of equipment – Client X-ray/Mac Lab
EMR – Meditech

Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have

Experience working in an interventional cardiac cath lab

Preferred or nice to have

Experience working in a high-volume lab handling complex cases

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
Impella, balloon-pump
Peripheral cases
Complex PCIs
Occasional devices

Best personality Fit:

Easy-going, kind, friendly
Able to work in a fast-paced, busy lab

REQUIRED

CERTIFICATIONS:

RN, RT

Dress Code

Scrub Color/Attire – Light blue (hospital will provide)

Unit Guidelines/Policies

Act professional and attendance is vital
Able to report to hospital within 30 minutes of call-back

Weekends and On call (if any):

On call some weekends and week days
