Location: Grafton
Gentiva Hospice is seeking an After Hours RN to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will provide direct patient care after hours and serve as the main liaison between patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements include an active RN license in the state of employment, 1+ year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. Comfort with home-based care and strong documentation are essential.
