• Lead and manage a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes

• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor staff to promote professional growth and development

• Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and staffing schedules to optimize patient care and facility operations

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and conduct regular rounds to assess patient satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
