Fairfield Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We currently have full-time opportunities available on both day and night shift.

• Full-Time Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Full-Time Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

$ per hour based on experience

• Night Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour
• Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hour
• Annual performance evaluation with the opportunity for a wage increase based on performance

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and mobility
• Provide compassionate support and companionship
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Work closely with nurses and other members of the care team
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, safety, and comfort
• Help create a clean, welcoming, and respectful environment

• Active Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to work scheduled weekends and holidays

Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM-2:00 PM
