Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor staff to promote professional growth and development
- Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and staffing schedules to optimize patient care and facility operations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and conduct regular rounds to assess patient satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
