Key Responsibilities Include- Providing personalized patient care in a home setting without facility ratios
- Delivering flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts
- Ensuring consistent patient assignments and delivering high-quality clinical support
- Current licensure as an RN or LPN
- Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a home environment
- Competitive hourly pay ($31–$41/hr) plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus
