Location: Virginia
Psycho Geriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate psychiatric care for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The position is multi-location, on-site across Berryville and Leesburg, VA, with Monday–Friday daytime hours within core business times.
You will perform on-site assessments, manage medications, and collaborate with facility teams, while documenting care clearly.
