As a CNA, you'll play an important role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents
- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition or behavior to the nursing team
- Take and record vital signs as assigned
- Help ensure residents' comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being
- Make routine rounds and respond promptly to resident needs
- Treat residents and their belongings with dignity and respect
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team
- Help create a positive and resident-centered environment
- Current Illinois CNA certification
- Compassionate and passionate about caring for others
- Dependable, reliable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
