As an RN at Beardstown Health & Rehab, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and supporting residents on their road to recovery and independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing compassionate, resident-centered nursing care

• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing quality care services

• Collaborating with physicians, CNAs, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes appropriately

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Encouraging restorative care and resident independence

• Supporting residents and families with professionalism and compassion

• Maintaining established standards of nursing care and safety

• Assisting with additional duties as assigned by leadership

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois

• Passionate about patient care and teamwork

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Motivated to grow within a supportive healthcare environment
