Job Summary:

Allure of Geneseo, a world-class skilled nursing facility, is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As a member of our skilled nursing staff, you will provide direct care to residents while ensuring services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Shifts:

We offer Part-Time opportunities with available shifts, including a 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11pm, and 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Sign-on bonuses are available, with $2,500 for Part-Time positions.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive pay: up to $34 - $42 per hour (based on experience and license)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the physician or supervising nurse

  • Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care, treatments, and observations

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive resident outcomes

  • Support resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life

  • Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards

  • Participate in in-services and continuing education

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

  • Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
