Full-Time Day Shift

6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Full-Time Night Shift

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• +$2.00/hour Night Shift Differential
• +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential

Competitive CNA Pay

$18.00–$24.50/hour based on verified years of experience

• Less than 1 Year – $18.00
• 1 Year – $19.50
• 2 Years – $20.50
• 3 Years – $21.50
• 4 Years – $22.50
• 5 Years – $23.50
• 6+ Years – $24.50

• +$2.00/hour for night shift
• +$2.00/hour weekend differential

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and ambulation
• Obtain and document vital signs as assigned
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Work alongside nurses and other members of the care team
• Provide care while preserving each resident's dignity and independence

• Current Illinois CNA certification
• Dependable and compassionate
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Commitment to providing excellent resident care
