Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Hillview Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team on full-time day shift.

Full-Time Day Shift 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Registered Nurse (RN) $32.00 – $34.00/hour
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $28.00 – $30.00/hour

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus – Paid out over one year
• $+2.00/hour Weekend Differential

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
• Collaborate with CNAs, therapy, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and resident-focused environment

• Current, active Illinois RN or LPN license
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
