Pana Health & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Night Shift Charge Nurse

As our Night Shift Charge Nurse, you'll oversee resident care during overnight hours, support the nursing team, and help ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for our residents.

- Provide clinical leadership and supervision during the night shift
- Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the Director of Nursing
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Promote resident safety, comfort, and quality of care throughout the shift
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards
- Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and efficiently
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for providing exceptional care in a long-term care setting
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
