Float Pool Nurse (RN / LPN) Crest Healthcare Group – Southern & Central Illinois

Crest Healthcare Group is looking for Float Pool Nurses (RNs and LPNs) to support our skilled nursing facilities throughout Southern and Central Illinois
.

This role is perfect for nurses who enjoy variety, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work with multiple care teams while earning industry-leading pay.

Pay: $55-$65 per hour
Scheduling: Flexible shifts available

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Complete clinical documentation and communicate with care teams
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and professionalism
• Float between Crest facilities as staffing needs arise

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented

• $50-$60 per hour pay
• Flexible scheduling
• Gain experience in multiple facilities
• Supportive clinical teams
• Work as little as one shift per month if desired
