As a RN Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the management of nursing staff, including supervision, evaluation, and development
  • Coordinating patient care activities, including scheduling, bed management, and staff assignment
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and care coordination
• Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Providing direct patient care as needed, utilizing your exceptional nursing skills and judgment
  • Developing and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Monitoring and evaluating patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary
• Leadership Responsibilities:
