Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing venipuncture, and managing medical documentation. Conduct thorough patient assessments, prioritizing medical needs and delivering effective care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed, and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Current RN licensure is required.
- Experience in long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are necessary.
