Job Overview

We seek a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team for a day shift opening. Hours available are 6 am - 6 pm or 6 am - 2 pm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a focus on delivering high-quality medical services, characterized by excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and ensuring patient comfort and well-being.
• Accurately documenting patient information in the electronic medical record, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team, and contributing to effective patient care planning.
• Collaborating with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members to provide comprehensive patient care and support.

• Qualified candidates should possess a valid LPN license and relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
