Castor Home Health Solutions is hiring an RN or LPN to provide 1:1 nursing care for a young child in Silvis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse seeking a consistent part-time schedule without nights, weekends, or a large patient assignment. This case is G-tube only - no tracheostomy or ventilator care is required.

• Day shift
• 3 days per week - Mon, Tues, Fri 7a-7p
• No nights
• Consistent weekly schedule

• Care for ONE young child throughout your shift
• G-tube only - no trach or ventilator care
• Build a meaningful relationship with one patient and family
• Consistent, long-term case

As your patient's 1:1 nurse, you'll provide the skilled nursing care they need in a comfortable, familiar environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

• G-tube care and feedings as ordered
• Medication administration and treatments
• Monitoring your patient’s condition throughout the shift
• Communicating with the family and Castor clinical team
• Completing required nursing documentation
• Providing compassionate and dependable 1:1 care

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience with G-tube care - or a willingness to learn
• A dependable and compassionate approach to care
• Comfort working one-on-one with a young pediatric patient

RN: Starting at $38+/hour

LPN: Starting at $32+/hour
