Variable Days
Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm (12-hour shifts)
Every other weekend required
ASAP start (replacement/backfill role)
Orientation required prior to start (facility account + walkthrough + shadowing)
Pay$44 – $46 per hour
Weekly Pay: $1,584 – $1,656/week

Orientation:
First shift facility walkthrough + shadowing as needed
No therapy animals allowed
Required CredentialsActive RN License required (LPN also considered)
BLS Certification required
LTC / Skilled Nursing experience required
Experience with PCC charting preferred
Ability to manage high patient ratios required
Must complete facility orientation prior to start
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to LTC residents
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor resident condition changes
Coordinate care with CNAs and interdisciplinary team
Ensure resident safety and compliance standards
Participate in orientation and facility training process
