Lawn Doctor of Edwardsville - Collinsville / Belleville-Columbia Waterloo is looking for individuals to be part of our family dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services working from our Millstadt, IL office. Our Lawn Care Specialists are customer-facing brand ambassadors. They treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, pest control, perform shop work, install Holiday Lights and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

• Provide high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services as a Lawn Care Specialist from the Millstadt, IL office.
• Operate lawn care equipment and perform tasks such as aeration, seeding, pest control, and seasonal installations (e.g., Holiday Lights).
• Conduct shop work and assist in offering appropriate new services to customers and prospects in the field.
• Represent Lawn Doctor as a customer-facing brand ambassador, delivering friendly service and professional appearance.

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a professional appearance, strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and good attendance.
• Work experience in the lawn care industry and a valid Illinois Pesticide license is highly desirable.

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery and perform occasional maintenance
• Able to learn, follow directions, anticipate and adapt
• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Able to back up a trailer
• Willing and able to work on ladders and roofs for Holiday Lights
