Lawn Doctor of Edwardsville - Collinsville / Belleville-Columbia Waterloo is looking for individuals to be part of our family dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services working from our Millstadt, IL office. Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors. They treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, pest control, perform shop work install Holiday Lights and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

Join us in nearly 60 years of Lawn Doctor experience, now growing in the Metro East area. Serving Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Maryville, Collinsville, O Fallon, Fairview Heights, Belleville, Columbia, Waterloo and many other growing communities.

• Be a part of a customer-facing team and conduct lawn care services with top quality, environmentally sensitive products.
• Aerate and seed lawns, apply pest control, and perform shop work.
• Install Holiday Lights and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects in the field.
• Represent the Lawn Doctor brand with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a professional appearance, strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record.
• Work experience in the lawn care industry and a valid Illinois Pesticide license is highly desirable.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUS
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery and occasional maintenance
• Able to learn, follow directions, anticipate and adapt
• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Able to back up a trailer
• Willing and able to work on ladders and roofs for Holiday Lights
