Animal Wellness Center of Monee is an AAHA‑accredited, privately owned small animal practice located in a growing, family‑oriented community just south of Chicago. We are proud to be known as the local “family doctor” for pets and have built a loyal client base that truly values veterinary care and professional expertise.

We are seeking an experienced small animal associate who wants to practice high‑quality medicine while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.

• Salary range: $100,000–$140,000, based on experience, skill set, and hours worked (negotiable)
• Future buy‑in potential
• 35–40 hour work week with a flexible schedule
• $1,500 CE allowance + 3 paid CE days annually
• Paid state and DEA licensing
• 120 hours of PTO per year

• Minimum 2 years of small animal medical and surgical experience
