We are an OSHA certified small animal hospital where our veterinarians and pet health professionals truly care about animals.

• Small animal practice with three exam rooms and full surgical suite
• Digital radiology, in-house lab, Zoetis Imagist, and ISO room
• Dedicated team of three full-time assistants and strong support staff
• Located in the heart of Centralia, home to 300-acre Foundation Park

• Base salary or production-based compensation
