- Front‑Line Employee – provide exceptional care on the ground.
- Perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery, including mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning and edging.
- Must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35–80 pounds often.
- Ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.
- Attendance: critical to meet our Customer Service goals.
- Budget vs. Actual
Hours:
manage time planned and spent at each job. - Return Rates: ensure quality control to reduce rework.
- Customer Retention: build great relationships with customers.
- Full Utilization of Software & Processes: facilitate all the above.
- Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
- If you don’t already have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months.
The pay range for this position is $14.00 to $18.00 per hour and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional. Benefits package varies by location. Desired
