Lawn Care Technician

Lawn Doctor of McHenry County has been providing Lawn Care services to McHenry County and parts of Lake County for over 20 years. We provide top quality service, excellent customer service, and high quality products to our customers. We have grown to become the largest Lawn Doctor franchise in the Midwest, and are looking to add to our team! We are currently seeking self‑motivated, passionate, and reliable Lawn Care Technicians who will be responsible for providing fertilization, weed control, aeration & seedings, tree & shrub spray, and pesticide services to our residential and commercial customers.

• Competitive Production Based Salary ($700-$900+ PER WEEK)
• Paid Training to obtain the required Illinois Pesticide License

• Full-Time, Part-Time, After Hours, Early Morning, Weekends Only-FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

• Lawn care services;
  Fertilization, Weed Control, Aeration, Tree and Shrub spray, Pest Control spray
• Follow Lawn Doctor servicing procedures
• Maintain personal and professional appearance, including equipment
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Provide quotes and lawn analysis (for qualified individuals, Opportunity to receive additional Weekly Commission for Sales)

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Must possess valid IL Driver's License with good driving record
• Professional appearance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
• Able to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to read and recall regulations and procedures, and pass state issued pesticide exam
• Previous sales or industry experience is a plus, however not required
