Small Animal Associate Veterinarian
Animal Wellness Center of Monee - Monee, IL (30 miles south of Chicago)
Animal Wellness Center of Monee is an AAHA-accredited, privately owned small animal practice located in a growing, family-oriented community just south of Chicago. We are proud to be known as the local "family doctor" for pets and have built a loyal client base that truly values veterinary care and professional expertise.
We are seeking an experienced small animal associate who wants to practice high-quality medicine while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

- Community outreach through the Street Dog Coalition, providing quarterly free wellness clinics for underserved residents in South Chicago
- An established, supportive team that works hard and genuinely enjoys working together
- Salary range: $110,000-$140,000, based on experience, skill set, and hours worked (negotiable)
- Future buy-in potential
- 35-40 hour work week with a flexible schedule
- $1,500 CE allowance + 3 paid CE days annually
- Paid state and DEA licensing
- 120 hours of PTO per year
- 75% employer-paid health, dental, and life insurance
- Paid liability and license defense insurance
- Minimum 2 years of small animal medical and surgical experience
